Postpartum Package – $75 (Included in the Birth Doula Package)
- One 4 hour postpartum visit scheduled within 72 hours to 2 weeks after birth.
- Basic Breastfeeding help.
- Processing of the labor and birth.
- Help with light housework or meal preparation.
Deluxe Postpartum Package – $125 includes all of the above plus:
- A 2nd 4 hour visit scheduled at 6 weeks after birth.
- Any special newborn topics mother (family) may need help with.
- Babywearing intro course and access to my carrier lending library.
Premium Postpartum Package $175 –includes the above plus:
- A 3rd visit scheduled at 3 months.
- Continued Breastfeeding support and any referrals needed.
- A homemade meal (please specify if vegetarian or vegan needed or if there are any food allergies in the family)
